Simplify learning or teaching microcontroller programming without the hassle of building and debugging circuits on breadboard first by adding ARPS-2 (Arduino®-compatible Robot Project Shield) to your existing Arduino UNO! ARPS-2 features all of the devices commonly used in beginner Arduino circuits such as LEDs, pushbuttons, a piezo beeper, an analog temperature sensor, and more – all in a pre-wired, compact add-on shield that fits right on top of Arduino UNO Rev 3 or Arduino UNO R4.

After mastering the basics, extend your versatile ARPS-2 + Arduino combo even further by adding a motor driver IC, voltage divider resistors, an IR demodulator, populating the break-away line and floor sensor modules, and plugging an ultrasonic SONAR module into its expansion header to build simple line-following, obstacle-sensing, remote-controlled, and Sumo robots.
